<div>I caught the Popper Project last night in SF , and I must say... <br/>POPPER IS BACK! <br/> <br/>It was pretty much the best thing to happen to San Francisco in a long time. <br/>CITY music in a CITY! <br/>None of that country hippie dippie raver funk in the City (which I love by the way), <br/>But ROCK n FREAKIN ROLL! <br/> <br/>His lyrics are still poignant, Tad on his 6 string is off the hook. <br/>They had a fiddler sit in and the licks traded between Popper and fiddle guy <br/>were flawless. At points they traded solos in perfect tone. <br/>This drummer guy, form Mosaic, OFF THE HOOK. <br/>DJ Logic is a perfect addition. Knowing when to rock it out and when to do the subtle jazz thing and when to just make us move something!
